Latest build (v1.25.2) missing Windows Server 2019 (10.0.17763.*) image

Steps to reproduce
Running this on a Windows Server 2019 node returns not found:

docker pull public.ecr.aws/aws-ec2/aws-node-termination-handler:v1.25.2

Expected outcome
Image should exist and pull successfully.

The log output when experiencing the issue.

Environment

• NTH App Version: latest (v1.25.2)
• NTH Mode (IMDS/Queue processor): IMDS
• OS/Arch: Windows Server 2019 (EKS Optimized)
• Kubernetes version: 1.31
• Installation method: Helm
