Reason for this change
In the
ecs.ExternalServiceclass (ECS Anywhere), theenableExecuteCommandproperty cannot be set to true, so it is not possible to enable ECS exec.However, the documentation states that ECS Anywhere supports ECS Exec.

Remove unnecessary if statement.
