Processes have changed within CDK. The Roadmap document no longer reflected the way of working for the team.

Made (minor) updates to reflect the diff.

I know this wasn't complete, @Naumel, but I think its better than nothing. Took a cursory glance and made some minor changes, but I want this to go in and we can update further later :).
