Migrate more modules from nodeunit to jest.
Migrates
aws-codedeploy,aws-config,aws-dynamodb-global,aws-ssm, andassets.All tests are not modified, purely migrated to jest. I added 1 test in
aws-configto satisfy the Jest rule that 80% of branches be tested.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache-2.0 license
