CloudFormation L2 construct does not allow associating a AWS WAF ACL #968
Description
In CloudFormation, AWS::CloudFront::Distribution.DistributionConfig allows you specify an optional webACLId property to associate an AWS WAF WebACL resource.
Currently @aws-cdk/aws-cloudfront does not expose this property.
