Documentation issue

We should improve the documentation in the ReadMe of the CodePipeline module, specifically this part: https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/blob/master/packages/@aws-cdk/aws-codepipeline/README.md#creating-an-encrypted-replication-bucket that deals with providing encrypted cross-region replication buckets.
