SecretRotationApplication was using semantic version
1.1.367which creates a secret rotation lambda using python version 3.9 which is EOLDescription of changes
Updated semantic version to
1.1.618, that will upgrade the python version of the SecretRotationApplication to version 3.10Describe any new or updated permissions being added
