Use Case

Unable to use synthetics.Runtime.SYNTHETICS_PYTHON_SELENIUM_5_0 and synthetics.Runtime.SYNTHETICS_PYTHON_SELENIUM_5_1 options while creating a canary.

Update canary Runtime options and add/update tests
