Latest minor version on AWS RDS for postgres 16: 16.7
Latest minor version in aws-cdk-lib for postgres 16: 16.6
Using aws-cdk-lib 2.179.0

Use Case

Would be nice to have 16.7 supported because brew e.g. does not have 16.6 anymore.
Also latest minor is preferred to get updates and fixes for postgres 16 on AWS.

Proposed Solution

Add 16.7 to aws-cdk-lib (for Java)
