Describe the feature

Glue Job supports FLEX execution class.

This feature can be used by setting ExecutionClass in StartJobRun.

But current GlusStartJobRun class does not support it.

Use Case

To reduce job running cost by using FLEX class.

Proposed Solution

Add executionClass property.
