feat(readme): add hero banner as first element

Embeds .github/assets/og-banner.png (isometric 5-layer stack, Variant C)
above the H1 as a pure-Markdown image reference. Visitors see the visual
brand first, then text content.

No HTML wrappers — stays compliant with H3 Hybrid structure (pure MD in
top zone). 7/7 P0 metrics still passing.
