Thanks! I should probably set up dependabot to auto update the actions stuff next time.
I noticed flaky OSX jobs in other repos too lately.

The errors here are different, yes. The other ones are even more obscure and does not mention brew. |

I noticed these out-of-dates versions while looking into reasons why we keep seeing failures in the OSX cron job. (They are unrelated to
sphinx-automodapi, the job is always failing in the brew install parts, and sometimes passes after a restart or two.
