The bridge and ics20 related memos are defined in astria_core::bridge. However, as they are protocol-critical, they should be defined in the astria.protocol.v1alpha1 collection of protocol related packages. They need not be ever encoded as binary/protobuf, but having a single source of truth for all protocol-relevant types is desirable.
