Hey guys,

first off, thanks for the work you put into uv, it's really great!

I found that the distribution files get tagged with mod 600 since version 0.9.23. I did not find this documented in the release. Is this intended behaviour? I don't really see a reason for doing this and if it's not a bug, I would be great if this was configurable somehow. It breaks some of our development workflow as now the files are r/w explicitly by the user that ran uv - which is Jenkins ;-)
