Add a hint for virtual environments included in wheels #15096
Description
We've seen several reports of this since we updated our behavior here, e.g.:
- Running
uv buildin Docker container:symlink destination for /usr/bin/python3 is outside of the target directory#15086 - Regression in v0.8.1 - UV_CACHE_DIR causes build error with hatchling #14834
- uv build failing CI/CD pipeline since last week #14897
We should add a dedicated hint that tells the user what's going on here.
