I'm opening a separate issue from #970 to avoid pinging many people at once. I have an interest in this rule being implemented and am willing to give it a try for myself. However, I have not yet landed a contribution in a rust code base other than my own, and ruff is a bit dauting, so I would appreciate a little guidance to get started; what other rules should I look at that might be similar ? what are of the code should I be focusing on ?
