Overly-tight kerning: Apostrophe + e (esp. e circumflex) #465
Description
The following image shows a printed appostrophe followed by a ê. I think it is too tight. The params in use are "MONO" 0, "CASL" 0, "wght" 380, "slnt" 0, "CRSV" 0.5. I didn’t test if similar errors exist elsewhere.
