Added context menu when tray icon is right clicked.
Fixed startup jiggle to reflect in tray context menu
This reverts commit fadbc10.
Also added single left click on tray icon
Bug, if launching, then clicking Jiggle then minimizing. Hovering over tray icon shows "every 0 seconds" not every 1 second.
Added random timer
Update dev from master
Added tray menu
Upgrade to .NET 6.0
