Added Gravity Forms CSS Visual Customizer

• Added a new visual front-end CSS customizer for easier adjustments of the styles.

• Increased the editor height to utilize the full screen height
• Added a new option to enable file versioning for externally loaded files (prevents browser caching and ensures the latest version is always loaded)
• Added a new option to load code right after the opening body tag
