ippReadIOto not allow member attributes encoded as IPP attributes, since IPP requires member attributes to be encoded as memberName values instead. This was causing another IPP implementation to fail when talking to printers (things worked when talking to CUPS but not to the printer...) and is something that libcups should detect and report errors on.
