Fetching large images during builds doesn't show image download progress and can make it appear that the build or image download has hung.

For example, on my slow internet connection it can take up to 60 seconds to pull the swift:jammy image (~1.2GB) but the build progress shows 0.0s for the entire time, making me think the build/pull has failed/hung.

The counter on the far right should increment to show active progress. A progress bar with the counter might be even better.
