Somethings there is space characters in license of cargo dependencies, like https://github.com/servo/rust-fnv/blob/94334357754a82f3ffb705dc387bd5f4c921e954/Cargo.toml. Therefore, it should be removed to prevent paragraphs from being repeated in the summary.
Update CI.
