1. conf hdfs offloader enable
2. start standalone model
3. get offload metrics via 127.0.0.1:8080/metrics

correct metrics

What did you see instead?

we cloud find two errors:

1. wrong labels（topic label error）
   
2. brk_ledgeroffloader_offload_rate wrong （because offloadBytes wrong）
