This patch adds support for the OA-TC6 10BASE-T1x driver to the SAVM71-Xplained Ultra board.

oa_tc6(equipped with basic setup for networking andplcatool)[EDIT]:
plcatoolsupport is NOT included in the defconfig (slipped author's attention)Testing
Tested with
iperfandpingthroughout the OA-TC6 driver implementation.
