[MSHARED-1014] Optionally inherit system environment variables by Commandline #318

Slawomir Jaranowski opened MSHARED-1014 and commented
In class Commandline we have public method addSystemEnvironment
This method is always called from getEnvironmentVariables
Should be possibility to add system environment variables from parent process conditionally.
