[MNG-8332] Remove link from maven-cling to maven-embedder #9521

Guillaume Nodet opened MNG-8332 and commented
The maven-embedder subproject is going deprecated. The new maven-cli should not depend on maven-embedder anymore, but probably other way around (as Maven Invoker stull use hacky MavenCli method).
This issue is a sub-task of MNG-8338
