[Feature] Enhance label and markLine ability for k series

### What problem does this feature solve?

Typical K series labels:

### What does the proposed API look like?

- New `markPoint.data.relativeTo`: values `'container'` (default), `'coordinate'` (`x` and `y` will relative to grid/polar/...)
