[Enhancement] Introducing default behavior of the properties "useAsConfigCenter" and "useAsMetadataCenter" in RegistryConfig #6459
Description
If the property "useAsConfigCenter" or "useAsMetadataCenter" in RegistryConfig is null, the default behavior depends on the extension of "ConfigCetenr" or "MetadataCenter" under the same protocol of current RegistryConfig.
