Describe the bug
Error happen when commit txn on FE: could not find table for tablet xxxx.

To Reproduce
This may happen when user cancel a rollup job, and some of rollup replicas' version is missing. These rollup replicas are ought to be deleted by tablet report. But the bug cause them failed to be deleted
