What happened

when call the interface "dolphinscheduler/projects/analysis/task-state-count" for statistic function, if you just filter with param "startDate". It doesn't work. The result is the same with without any filter params.
for example, the result "/dolphinscheduler/projects/analysis/task-state-count?projectCode=123&startDate=2021-12-16%2000:00:00&endDate=" is same with "/dolphinscheduler/projects/analysis/task-state-count?projectCode=123"

What you expected to happen

I think that the param "startDate" should work.

How to reproduce

call the interface "dolphinscheduler/projects/analysis/task-state-count" without param "endDate" or putting param "endDate" empty
