Description

python api's CI for now use pytest to run unit test, but we do not set the minimum threshold of code base. To avoid function error and ensure python api available, I think maybe we should set threshold for test coverage.

Our init idea is to keep coverage up to 90%, let seem if could be work or not. If you have addition or else suggestion, please let me know.
