• I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.

Description

Now the refresh resource interval of LowerWeight is 5s, it means that Master sync worker weight every 5s.
When Worker send heartbeat every second, I want that Master can get it more timely, which can make smoother task running.

Use case

Reduce the refresh resource interval of LowerWeight
