Search before asking

• I had searched in the DSIP and found no similar DSIP.

Motivation

The cache feature doesn't maintain anymore, and the whole design is too invasive for the engine, we hard code a lot of code for this feature, as far as i know, this is never used by user. So this DSIP is want to remove this, make ds more clear.
