Description

• Once we increase the granularity of metrics, we may face metrics explosions if scheduling a great number of workflows and tasks. DS will generate tons of metrics and some of them we might not need. related: [Feature][Metrics] Increase granularity of metrics #10525
• We could provider users with configurable metrics filters to filter unnecessary metrics out.
