Introduced `ArrayMinMax` struct to handle both ArrayMin and ArrayMax functionalities, consolidating shared logic. Implemented evaluation logic, schema compatibility, and planner integration for `ArrayMinMax` expressions. This enhances functionality by providing min/max operations on list arrays.
