A bit of confusion with HAS_ and HAVE_ led to me not noticing that the dreyfus/hastings bits didn't compile.
Fix compilation errors and use of macro
Fix compiler warnings
and the -else clauses
Get the list of allowed languages from the environment
Always include 'query' as an allowed language
The code:lib_dir test only works if those projects are compiled first, which is not guaranteed.

Overview
This adds the auto-indexing daemon directly into the main repo. We use git-subtree to carry the ken history forward:
git subtree add --prefix=src/ken https://github.com/apache/couchdb-ken.git master
Testing recommendations
Check that the codebase is the same as you would get by configuring master.
