SUMMARY

When adding account level ingress rules, it does not seem to impact ipv6.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

- Add ingress rule for specific port and select account
- Open a specific port
- Try to telnet the port between 2 vms with this security group -> works for ipv4, not for ipv6
- Switch the rule to specific ipv6 ips -> telnet works

EXPECTED RESULTS

Account level rules also impact ipv6.

ACTUAL RESULTS

Account level rules do not impact ipv6.
