According to the docs, if the original Instance from which the backup was taken is expunged, Create Instance from Backup form should show a Reuse IP Address button which is not present.

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create NAS backup
2. Remove backup offering and expunge the instance
3. Click on Create Instance from Backup

What to do about it?

There should be an option to reuse the Instance's IP address by the new Instance
