problem

1. When you have some projects created, they are not shown in the top drop-down menu.

2. When you are in a particular project, UUID is shown there, instead of the project name.

This seems to be present in CloudStack since version 4.20.

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a project.
2. Look at the drop-down menu on the top - there are no projects there, only 'Default view' is listed.
3. Go to the newly created project from the 'Projects' page (using the 'switch' icon).
4. In the top drop-down you can see the UUID of the project, instead of its name.
