Description

Apache Gluten has graduated from the Apache Incubator to a Top Level Project (TLP) on February 18, 2026. As part of the graduation, the GitHub repository was renamed:

• Old: https://github.com/apache/incubator-gluten
• New: https://github.com/apache/gluten

While GitHub redirects old URLs, it would be good to update references to use the new canonical URL.

Files to Update

• docs/developers/glutensupport.md update both Velox and ClickHouse backend links from https://github.com/apache/incubator-gluten to https://github.com/apache/gluten
• docs/developers/overview.md update the Gluten project link to the new canonical repository URL
