I merged in the changes manually and I think it looks reasonably safe. I'd still like to figure out how best to do this for next time though. Have a look @raulcd ? |

This looks good! I assume it is missing an entry in the left-side TOC for that page, but that is not that important. I will merge this so we can verify it looks OK online |

My attempt at updating docs/python/install.html with teh changes in apache/arrow#41135.
I generated the docs locally, copied the generated install.html into arrow-site, and then only committed the hunks I know changed. I didn't commit the entire changed file since the diff included many more changes, some of which looked like they'd break the page.
Fixes #520.
