Describe the enhancement requested

Java ListView integration will contain multiple steps as described in #102.
Thus supporting JDBC is an important milestone. Here the ColumbBinderArrowTypeVisitor requires a ListViewBinder implementation similar to that of ListBinder done for ListVector.
