This is a minor fix to be consistent with our commit messages on the automated release comments and a minor fix to archery release to be able to process tickets that are MINOR.

@kszucs can you take a look on this one? Let me know if you want me to open a JIRA ticket for it as my initial idea was only to update the commit message on the release scripts but I ended up also allowing archery to process these messages.
