Benchmark runs are scheduled for baseline = 632f4e9 and contender = 16d0c8a. 16d0c8a is a master commit associated with this PR. Results will be available as each benchmark for each run completes. |

Since the issue tracker settings was changed from GitHub to JIRA in ARROW-11743, the link referring to GitHub issue numbers are broken.
Replace them with the corresponding JIRA issue numbers so that it is linked correctly by pkgdown.
