Summary

I paid for Claude Code service and my account was immediately disabled after payment completion, preventing any service usage. Despite multiple refund requests through official channels, I have received ZERO response from Anthropic support while the company continues to hold my payment.

Invoice Number: DFON03V2-0005

This constitutes receiving payment without delivering contracted services and represents a fundamental breach of consumer rights.


Timeline of Events

  • Payment processed successfully - Invoice No. DFON03V2-0005
    • Account disabled with message: "This organization has been disabled"
      • Cannot access claude.ai or Claude Code
        • Submitted refund request through official support portal - No response
          • Submitted Account Ban Appeal form - No response
            • Multiple days without service, refund, or human response - Payment still held by Anthropic

Critical Issues

1. Payment Accepted, Service Denied

  • ✅ Payment successfully processed and cleared (Invoice: DFON03V2-0005)
    • ❌ Account immediately disabled (within minutes/hours)
        • ❌ No advance warning or explanation provided

2. Complete Support Blackout

Despite following ALL official support channels:

  • ❌ No response to in-app support messenger
    • ❌ No response to Account Ban Appeal form
      • ❌ No response to refund request submissions
        • ❌ No email communication explaining reason for ban
          • ❌ No customer service email or phone number available
            Multiple weeks of complete silence while holding customer funds.

3. Violation of Consumer Rights

This situation represents:

  • Breach of contract: Payment accepted but service not provided
    • Unjust enrichment: Anthropic holding funds for undelivered service
      • Consumer protection violation: No recourse mechanism for paying customers
        • Potential fraud implications: Taking payment with no intention/ability to deliver service
