My account was disabled on March 18, 2026, immediately after upgrading to Max 20x. I was charged approximately $209 over 3 days across three transactions but have had zero access to Claude.ai or Claude Code since the ban.

What I've Tried

What Should Happen?
Per the Consumer Terms of Service, Anthropic provides a pro-rata refund when a subscription is terminated for reasons other than a Terms violation. I have been using Claude strictly for software development (coding, debugging, building products) and am not aware of any policy violation.
At minimum, I expect a pro-rata refund for the ~27 unused days of the billing period.

- Upgrade to Max 5x (March 17)
- Upgrade to Max 20x (March 18)
- Account gets disabled immediately after payment
- No access to claude.ai or Claude Code since then
