`VideoCapture.cs`の`ACT.XIVLog`名前空間において、録画のトグルを送信した後に500ミリ秒の遅延を追加しました。また、ループの回数を3回から9回に増やし、`RecordStateChanged`イベントの処理において出力状態と出力パスをログに記録する行を追加しました。これにより、録画の状態変化をより詳細に追跡できるようになります。
