Describe the enhancement you want to request

I'd like to be able to move an opencode session to a different project. I have a number of different use cases for this:

1. If there's good research done in one project that is useful for another project, it would be handy to be able to move the session to the other project.
2. Be able to changing the directory a project is in. (Currently this loses all sessions!)
3. Be able to change the root git hash, for example if I filter branch back to main (maybe breaking up a project & extracting some sub-part in a new project).
