Description

when a variant is configured in an agent, it only selects it when you switch agents not when you freshly open OpenCode

Steps to reproduce

1. add default agent, by default plan
2. in agent select model and variant, like high for opus 4.6
3. fully close OpenCode
4. open OpenCode, the model is selected but it has variant Default open
