复现步骤

1. 打开 OpenCode
2. 新建一个会话
3. 向 AI 发送任何消息 (如 "你好")
4. AI 不会正常回答，而是循环输出这段总结提示

预期行为

AI 应该正常回答用户的问题

实际行为

AI 一直循环输出: "I cannot construct a summary from this conversation because there is no prior conversation content to summarize..."

环境信息
